We make the old-fashioned doughnut you remember, at roughly the size of a quarter. Same dense crumb, same crackled glaze, scaled down until it becomes something you hand to a stranger just to watch them laugh.
Everything is baked in small batches in Georgetown, coated by hand, and sealed before it leaves the kitchen — which is what lets us send it home with you instead of only selling it by the cup.
Three beeves working together: steady, dependable, and one of them clearly not taking any of it seriously. That's the business we're trying to build.
